Life Is Series Of Choices

  • Jun. 18th, 2008 at 6:34 AM
Gypsy

Life is as we have it.
With will power, we can change its course.
Life is a series of choices.
The thoughts that we have any time are own choices.
No one can enter into our mind and make us think in a particular way.
Similarly, our feelings are our own choice.
Whether a person is depressed or happy is his choice.
After all life is nothing but out own thought, feeling and actions.

Don’t Break

  • Mar. 3rd, 2008 at 6:33 AM
Gypsy

Life is a mixture of good times and bad times,
happy moments and unhappy moments.

The next time you are experiencing
one of those bad times or unhappy moments,
Try your best not to let the situation get the best of you.

If the going gets tough and you are at your breaking point; show resilence.

Bend; But don’t break!

Coming out of the Mist

  • Jun. 16th, 2007 at 2:02 PM
I'm smiling
I have not been writing lately in my journal for many reasons. I thought I was going to get lost again, I felt walls building and me hiding from my passion,  something I promised myself never to allow to happen again.  I am glad to report, I won over my emotional power struggle and logic has won.  I found my power and myself once again and am feeling really good about everything.

I am sure those who care for me and love me will notice a big difference in me now.  I am back to who I was before I started to fall.  I am glad to say it is because of my friends and my inner strength that did not allow me to be walled up again and put my passion away.

So I feel fresh and new and ready to see where my journey in life will take me, what will I learn and who will come into my life.  It feels good to be back.   I also plan on writing more in my journal.  Perhaps a little differently than before, but there will be writing.

To all my friends thank you for loving me enough to put up with me during this time.  I love each and everyone of you from the depths of my soul.

Santa got Me a New Gag Ball

Doggie on a Leash
Dear Santa...

Dear Santa,

This year I've been busy!

In February I turned [info]abbycatt in for tearing the tag off a mattress (3 points). In April I broke [info]mastherr's X-Box (-12 points). In March I saved a busload of nuns in Angola (326 points). In January I bought porn for [info]lordzowy (10 points). In July I pulled [info]jigsaw73's hair (-5 points).

Overall, I've been nice (322 points). For Christmas I deserve a shiny red ball!

Sincerely,
LadyJoanMarie

Sunday Afternoon

  • Nov. 6th, 2005 at 4:04 PM
Training

Well I must admit, it's been quiet on the BDSM front.  Then again it's nice to have time to rejuvinate after all the going on's of last month.  I think every weekend I had something going on.

[info]abbycatt  has been in hospital now two weeks.  I have helped her out by driving her home to get her things, visiting her in hospital as well as spending time with her on her day and weekend passes.  I take it with the more passes the better she is getting.  I hope so anyway.  I care for her dearly, even tho it is hard for me to understand the depth of her depression.

Then again alot of people misunderstand me, as on the whole I am a positive and uplifting person, which in this world apparently is the unusual.  Isn't that sad.

I am looking forward to next week, there is the Guelph munch as well as FetPhoto.  It will be good to see my friends.  Other than on line and a few phone calls, to stay in touch, to me there is nothing better than to feel the arms of friends around me in a warm and loving hug.  I as well enjoy giving them.  There is something special about human touch.  As well face to face you can see the expressions on the others face. I guess on the phone you can hear expressions.  I know that when typing there can be misunderstanding in a blink.

Human touch, to see the impish sparkle in ones eyes, to see the pink lips of a friends lip turn up or hear the laughter from the depths of one's soul. I have been home alone enough and am ready for the next bombardment of living my life to the fullest.

Big Bird
You scored 70% Organization, 58% abstract, and 86% extroverted!
This test measured 3 variables.

First, this test measured how organized you are. Some muppets like Cookie Monster make big messes, while others like Bert are quite anal about things being clean.

Second, this test measured if you prefer a concrete or an abstract viewpoint. For the purposes of this test, concrete people are considered to gravitate more to mathematical and logical approaches, whereas abstract people are more the dreamers and artistic type.

Third, this test measured if you are more of an introvert or an extrovert. By definition, an introvert concentrates more on herself and an extrovert focuses more on others. In this test an introvert was somebody that either tends to spend more time alone or thinks more about herself.

You are very organized, both concrete and abstract, and more extroverted.

Here is why are you Big Bird.

You are both very organized. You almost always know where your belongings are and you prefer things neat. You may even enjoy cleaning and find it therapeutic. Big Bird is never sloppy and always under control... pretty good for a 6 year old bird living without a family.

You both are sometimes concrete and sometimes abstract thinkers. Big Bird can be quite dreamy at times and has no problem using his imagination. At the same time he is also practical and can be methodical in his search for answers to questions. You have a good balance in your life. You know when to be logical at times, but you also aren't afraid to explore your dreams and desires... within limits of course.

You are both extroverts. Big Bird gets along with everyone. He makes friends easily and always has a positive attitude. You definitely enjoy the company of others, and you don't have problems meeting new people... in fact you probably look forward to it. You are willing to take charge when necessary or work as part of a team.

The other possible characters are
Oscar the Grouch
Bert
Snuffleupagus
Ernie
Elmo
Kermit the Frog
Grover
Cookie Monster
Guy Smiley
The Count

If you enjoyed this test, I would love the feedback! Also if you want to tell me your favorite Sesame Street character, I can total them up and post them here. Perhaps your choice will win!

Truely is Me...

  • Aug. 13th, 2005 at 10:35 AM
Coward in the Corner
You scored as Mermaid. Mermaid: Mermaids are also known as Sirens. These creatures were beautiful women who tricked sailors into becoming completely entranced by their haunting voices and found death soon after. Not all stories of Mermaids are about gentle loving sea people. They are mystical, magical, and extremely dangerous. They have a way about them that brings anyone they are around to seem enchanted. They are very mysterious creatures and to meet one... Would mean certain Death. Let the song of the Sea fill your soul, for you are a Mermaid.
